5. Shipping and Delivery
I We currently ship throughout the United States. Delivery to destinations outside the United States is not available at this time.
II Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Estimated carrier transit time is 6–9 business days, with an overall estimated delivery period of approximately 7–12 business days from the start of order processing.
III Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $70.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $70.00 are subject to a $9.99 standard shipping fee. Applicable sales taxes and shipping charges are displayed at checkout.
IV Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. Carrier operations, weather, destination conditions, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

6. Order Cancellation
I An order may be eligible for cancellation within 48 hours of placement, provided it has not been shipped.
II Orders placed more than 48 hours earlier, or orders that have already shipped, cannot generally be canceled under our standard cancellation procedure. Once an order is in transit, customers may request a return after delivery, subject to the applicable return conditions.
III A cancellation request must be submitted to our customer service team and is not effective until we confirm approval. We will review the order status and notify the customer of the outcome.

7. Returns and Exchanges
I Eligible return and exchange requests must generally be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.
II Requests may be considered for damaged products, verified quality issues, significant discrepancies from the product description, incorrect items, or changes of preference, subject to the applicable return conditions.
III Return authorization is required before an item is sent back. Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return. For approved product-related issues, we cover reasonable return shipping costs; for preference-based returns, the customer is responsible for applicable direct return shipping costs.
IV Large furniture may require freight transportation or scheduled pickup. Customers should review the applicable return shipping estimate and obtain return instructions before arranging transportation.

8. Refunds and Refund Procedures
I. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are subject to the applicable cancellation or return conditions. For returned items, we may need to receive and inspect the item before approving the refund. If a return is approved, we will initiate the applicable refund.
II. Refund Method
Refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. For card payments, this may be the card account associated with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, or Diners Club, depending on the original transaction.
III. Expected Refund Time
For approved refunds, we generally expect the funds to appear in the original payment account within 1–3 business days after the refund has been processed. Actual posting times may vary depending on the card issuer, bank, and payment processor. This estimate is not a guarantee of the time required by the financial institution.
IV. Delayed Refunds
If the refund has not appeared after 3 business days from the processing date, please contact us with your order number and available refund confirmation details. We will assist in checking the status.
V. Shipping Charges and Taxes
The treatment of original shipping charges, return shipping costs, and applicable taxes depends on the reason for the refund and the terms of the applicable policy. We will communicate any applicable deductions or customer-paid return shipping charges in accordance with those terms and applicable requirements.
